2-Ingredient Sweet Corn Relish Dip

Yes, I know it looks like scrambled eggs, but it’s actually a tangy sweet corn relish dip that will disappear before your eyes.

I’ve been making this dip for years – it’s one of my husband’s favourites. However, despite the fact that it tastes really really good, it only contains 2 ingredients and takes just a few minutes to make. Perfect for those last-minute dip or savoury platter additions.

Ingredients

  • 250g jar 250g corn relish (I always use Masterfoods brand)

  • 250g block 250g cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • Crackers, to serve (see notes)

Method

  • Use a fork to mix the corn relish and cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl and serve alongside crackers.

Notes

  • I like to serve this dip with crunchy crackers such as Ritz or Jatz, but you can use any crackers you like, or even grissini breadsticks.
